MR BAVIN TO MOVE VOTE OF CENSURE.
DOLE BREAD CONTRACTS MAY BE LOOKED INTO. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received August 10, 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, August 10. The circumstances surrounding the dole bread contract will probably be ventilated in the Legislative Assembly to-morrow, when a motion of censure on the Government will be moved by Mr T. R. Bavin, Leader of the Opposition. A message received yesterday said: The bread dispute is apparently over, the _ New South Wales Government having agreed to pay at the rate of 4s 3d per dozen loaves for bread, the price being redeemable in dole coupons.
LOAN COUNCIL HAS APPROVED CREDIT.
£500,000 IS GRANTED FOR N.S.W. REQUIREMENTS
SYDNEY, August 9. The Loan Council, in Melbourne, has approved of an issue of Treasury bills amounting to £500,000 to cover the cash requirements of the Government of New South Wales for Julv. The Prime Minister, Mr J. H. Scullin, when making the announcement, said that the Government of New South Wales had given all the undertakings required, even to effecting the 20 per cent reduction in adjustable Government expenditure.
Mr Scullin added that the question of the cash requirements of each State Government for August and subsequent months would be considered next week.

LONDON, August 9. The “ Sunday Despatch,” in an editorial, says: “New South Wales must be classing her Premier among the luxuries that no country in these hard times can afford. His fantastic Socialism has made him the laughing-stock of the world, and involved Australia in almost every kind of financial embarrassment. It is extraordinary that he has remained in office so long, but New South Wales is unlikely to have another Lang.”
