REDUCTION IN PETROL PRICE.

OIL COMPANIES MAKE CUT OF ONE PENNY. The price of petrol was reduced in Christchurch to-day by one penny a gallon for both first and second grades, consequent upon the action of the major oil companies in deciding to reduce their prices for bulk supply by that amount.
