TO-DAY’S RECIPE.
Plain Ginger Biscuits. Take lib flour, lib sugar, lib lard or dripping, 1 tablespoon ground ginger, I teaspoon cream of tartar, 1 teaspoon carb. soda. Rub flour and lard together after dry ingredients have been mixed in well. Then mix all together to a stiff dough with lukewarm water, cut into shapes. Bake in a quick oven.
