RANGITANE DELAYED.

Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, August 4. The stormy weather continues, with heavy seas on both coasts delaying shipping. The Waimea arrived from Napier to-day sixteen hours late and Wingatui from Wellington twelve hours late. Both experienced very rough trips. The liner Rangitane, due to-mor-rew from England, is encountering had weather and will not arrive before Thursday morning. The Kamona, which, left Wellington on Thursday night, is believed to be sheltering on the coast. Cargo services on file West Coast are still disorganised owing to bars being unworkable. Poolta Delayed. DUNEDIN, August 4. The captain of the Poolta, which left Wellington on Saturday evening for Dunedin, sent a radio message stating that the vessel was being delayed ;bv a heavy southerly gale. There was no sign of the Poolta this evening.
