INDIANS ARRESTED FOLLOWING OUTRAGE

(Received August 5. 11 a.m.) DELHI, August 4. ■ Ram Krishna Biswas, a young Bengali anarchist, was executed at Calcutta to-day for the murder of a police inspector at Chandpur on December 1. ! Two men have been arrested for the ' attack on two officers in a train on July 23. It is said that they have confessed that they have been reading literature concerning the exploits of Bhagat Singh, the Lahore murderer, and wished to emulate him. A sensational stabbing occurred near Bombay, when two British officers. Lieutenant Hext and Lieutenant Sheehan, were severely wounded. They were travelling to Poona and were attacked while sleeping on the Punjab mail train. Their assailants leapt from the train and disappeared in the jungle. Lieutenant Hext later died from stab wounds. Lieutenant Sheehan stated that he was awakened by the barking of a dog in the same compartment. He saw two men armed with daggers who killed the dog and then attacked Lieutenant Hext. Lieutenant Sheehan then jumped from the train.
