INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS WRECKED IN JUGO-SLAVIA United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received August 4, 12.10 p.m.) BELGRADE, August 3. A dastardly Communist plot to wreck the Paris-Belgrade express was partially successful. Bombs were placed on the line and exploded, killing three passengers and injuring eighteen. Five bombs were discovered. A sixth, which was overlooked, exploded in a wrecked carriage. This is the fifth attempt to wreck the international express in Jugo-Slavia in recent weeks.
