William Powell, that serene and wonderfully convincing has the lead in “ The Street of Chance,” which will be screened to-night, and Monday and Tuesday at the King’s Theatre, Sydenfiam. William Powell, who is supported by Kay Francis, has the role of a professional gambler who, although an associate of crooks, is respected as a gentleman and a clean player.
