AID GIVEN FAMILIES IN U.S. DROUGHT AREAS.

Red Cross officials said to-day that 38,545 families were still receiving aid the drought-stricken States. Red Cross relief in 21 States has reached more than 600,000 families, with an estimated total of 2,700,000 persons.
