HARDING MEMORIAL DEDICATED IN AMERICA
BETRAYED BY MEN HE TRUSTED, SAYS HOOVER (United Press Assn.—By r.lectrlc Telegraph—Copyright.) NEW YORK, June 16. At Marion, Ohio, President Hoover dedicated a memorial to the late President Warren Harding. M lle referred to the late President as “ a kindly, generous spirit,” and recalled how, during the scandals of the Harding Administration, he was betrayed by a few whom he trusted. The same men had betrayed their country. “ That was the tragedy of Warren Harding’s lif£,” President Hoover concluded.
