BIG LUMBER ORDERS FOR BRITISH COLUMBIA.
(United Press Assn. —P»y Electric Telegraph —Copyright.) VICTORIA, June 6. Mr N. S. Lougheed, Provincial Minister of Lands, to-day announced the receipt of an order for British Columbia lumber mills of 4,000.009 feet of mining timber for Port Pirie, Australia. An order had also been received from an English railway for 1,500,000 feet of crossing timbers. Mr Lougheed said that the orders were the best business news British Columbia had received since the start of the depression.
