Answering a question at a meeting of the Junior Reform League last evening, Mr Norton Francis stated that the majority of farm land in New Zealand was over-valued. When it came to a question of borrowing money there was little doubt that the real basis of value should be on productivity, and because values were too high, huge losses had been suffered.
