CHARGE OF MURDER AGAINST AIRMAN.

(United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) i (Received April 1, noon.) DELHI, March 31. The case of Darby, who is charged with the murder of Poongavanam, a rickshaw man, has been adjourned. Harry Darb}', described as an Australian visitor, who had just arrived at Madras by aeroplane from England, had a dispute with a rickshaw man over a fare on March 27. He pulled a revolver from his pocket to frighten the man, but the weapon exploded and the rickshaw man fell dead. A London message said that Darby was not known in civil aviation circles in London. No airworthiness certificate had been issued in that name recently.
