Claudette Colbert. one of the most talented of the later generation of rmftion picture actresses, has a particularly congenial role.* in “Young Man of Manhattan.” Her brilliant work opposite Maurice Chevalier in “The Big Pond” and the dramatic ability she displayed in “Manslaughter” definitely established her as a player of note, and her acting in her latest picture fuither enhances her re putation.
