N.Z. FAVOURS AMENDING OF LEAGUE COVENANT.

The New Zealand Government has informed the Secretary-General of the League of Nations that, with the exception of two minor points, it favours the proposals for amending the League Covenant in order to bring it into line with the Briand-Kellogg Pact.
