TO-DAY’S RECIPE.
Tasty Pie. Peel several large potatoes, cut into slices about 3in thick, line a piedish with some of the slices, cut up lib steak into pieces, also large onion cut into pieces. Then on to the layer of potatoes in dish put layer of meat, then layer of onion, then start and put another layer of potatoes, meat, and onion, until dish is full. Sprinkle between each layer with flour, pepper and salt, then put about a pint of water into this. Cover dish with plate, and cook in oven for two hours.
