AUCKLAND LABOUR MEN PROTEST AT REDUCTION.

Per Press Association. AUCKLAND. March 29. “ The Red Flag,” sung in front of the Domain grandstand, and the Soviet flag, borne through Queen Street, were features of a Labour demonstration held in Auckland to-day to protest against the proposed wage reductions. The gathering, which had been arranged by Auckland Labour organisations, consisted of a procession arid open air meeting, at which a motion was carried approving the resolutions of the industrial conference lately held by the Alliance of Labour, and pledging co-operation in giving effect to them.
