Beckenham Park.

To the Editor. Dear Sir,—Allow me, per medium of your valuable paper, to congratulate the person or persons responsible for the very marked improvements in Beckenham Park. It is a treat to visit the park now, and were it not for the hideous cabbage trees adjoining the entrance, everything in the garden would be lovely. Perhaps they could be removed by the efforts of the unemployed men who are doing good work in the streets of the district. I trust that something can be done in the matter.—l am, etc., PROGRESSIVE.
