TWO MEN TO FACE CHARGE OF THEFT.

SEQUEL TO ALLEGED ROBBERY IN RICHMOND. A second man alleged to be involved in robbery at the dwelling of Henry Harris on February 10 last, Ivan Ashley Smith, a painter, aged twenty-six years, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court to-day: He was remanded to appear on March 24. Chief-Detective Carroll said that Smith and a man named Learning, who was before the Court yesterday, would be jointly charged with breaking and entering Harris’s dwelling, in Whitmore Street, and committing theft.
