MOTION IS GRANTED BY SUPREME COURT TO-DAY. The application made in the Supreme Court on Wednesday by counsel for the Christchurch Tramway Board to have the originating summons in connection with the dispute between the board and the Tramway Employees’ Union moved into the Court of Appeal was granted by Mr Justice Kennedy sitting in chambers to-day.
