AGREEMENT HOPED FOR IN COTTON DISPUTE.

(United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) RUGBY, February 3. If a tentative agreement is reached it will be the subject of a new ballot among the weavers, which it is hoped will end the stoppage.
