MID-WEEK COMPETITION PLAY AT WILDING PARK. The senior women’s inter-club competition of the Canterbury Bawn Tennis Association was continued at Wilding Park yesterday afternoon. Results were:— Section X. FENDALTON v. SUMNER. (Fendaiton names first.) Miss M. Wake beat Miss Martin, 9-0. Miss E. Rudkin beat Mrs Young, 9-3. Mrs E. A. Bee beat Miss P. M’Combs, 9-4. Mrs E. E. Crawshaw beat Mrs Hamilton, 9-1. Misses Wake and Rudkin beat Mrs Young and Miss Martin, 6-2, 6-1. Mesdames Crawshaw and Bee beat Mrs Hamilton and Miss M’Combs, 6-3, 6-3.
