SEA CADET CORPS WILL TAKE RECRUITS.

The Navy League Sea Cadet Corps, which now numbers 40 lads from the ages of twelve to eighteen, assembles on T’/ursday evening, February 5, at the Canterbury Rowing _ Club. The training, which is preliminary to entrance to the Royal Navy, R.N.V.R., and Mercantile Marine, includes rowing, sailing, swimming, signalling, knotting and lashing, physical training, camping, games, etc., but boys for any other trade or profession are accepted. The uniform is similar to that of the Royal Navy. Recruits wili be accepted any Thursday evening.
