GREENGROCER DIES IN SUSPICIOUS WAY.
Per Press Association. WAIPUKURAU, January S. A greengrocer named George William Gunn, about 58 years of age, a widower with two children, was found dead in bed at his residence under circumstances suggesting poisoning. A small pill box was found in the grate of the fireplace, marked “Poison,” and containing traces of crystallised powder. An inquest is to be held.
