The following are the results of the games played at Redcliffs on Saturday afternoon Champion doubles-;—Jobbevns and Smith 22, Ladbrook and Williams 14: Hannah and Short 29, Pringnalt and Thompson 14. Handicap doubles—Thompson and Short (rec. 5) 24, Pringnall and Hannah (ree. 8) 18. Champion singles—Smith 25, Williams 7; Beeby 10, Smith 23. Handicap singles—Jobberns (rec. 2) 24, Ladbrook (rec. 3) 11. Friendly game—Escott, Parsons and Prebble 15, Harrison, Unwin and Beeby 16. SOUTHLAND TOURNEY. Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL, January 5. The Southland Bowling Centre’s New Year tournament was concluded to-day. The finals were won by the rollowing:— Rinks—Carman, Rowland, Cameron and Langley (s.) (St Hilda). Pairs—Martin and Crawford (IvokonUSingles— M’Gorlick (Bluff) defeated Langley (St Hilda) by one point.
