Away dull care! Though pessimists may wail, My taste prefers an optimistic song, jf'xuHing, though there blow in fashion strong JJude blasts of winter or oppressive gale. ] Jich thoughts of Christmas cheer elate my heart, Yell though the moaners may that times are hard ( Tops may be poor, and prices evil starred; LI ope cheers us still, depressions must depart. JJejoice, I say, and greet the joyous day; Jn this the festive season let us smile; go shall a jest relieve the weary mile. Tims shall we drive the clouds of gloom away. J[ay New Year days a brighter story tell; A merry laugh will help us all along, Suppressing all our worries with a song; This is the Yuletide spirit—all is well!
