SEARCH MADE FOR MAORI FISHERMEN.
OVERTURNED BOAT FOUND NEAR SHORE. Per Press Association. GISBORNE, December 8. An overturned boat was found yesterday at the entrance to a creek four miles, south of Waipiro Bay township. It is feared that three Natives, Hamiana Walker, Whare Koko and Manahera Paurakau, who were fishing, have been drowned. A search is being made to-day.
