RUSSIAN WORKMAN KILLS POLITICIAN.

A Russian workman named Tchanoukvadze walked unostentatiously beside a Georgian ex-Minister named Louis Ramickdini, who was proceednig to a political meeting at the Place cVltalie. He quietly drew a revolver and fired twice. Ramickdini being killed instantly. Tchanoukvadze was arrested.
