(Special to the “Star.’’) TIMARU, December 3. Old Man Sent to Gaol. “I have to decide whether this man shall go free or be sent to prison. There is no half-way house, and in the interests of the public I must sentence him to six months’ goal,” said Mr C. R. Orr-Walker, when Charles Joseph, aged eighty-six, of St Andrews, appeared to-day charged with indecent exposure, and with trespassing without lawful excuse.
