BOARD WILL PURCHASE SITE OF SAILORS’ HOME.

At a price to be fixed by two arbiters, the purchase of the site of the Sailors’ Home at Lyttelton is to be proceeded with by the Lyttelton Harbour Board. Mr Albert Freeman has been instructed to act as valuator and arbiter for the board. The other officer will be appointed by the Government.
