With typical ingenuity the prosecution coolly switched- the charges against Ryad.ushinski to his brother Vladimir, but they have not solved the difficulty of explaining away Vishnegradski, another intermediary mentioned in the indictment, who also was dead when he was supposed to be conspiring.
