J. L. KERR IN HOSPITAL.
The Town team in their match against Country to-day were without the services of J. I*. Kerr, the fine young West Christchurch batsman and potential New Zealand representative. Kerr was admitted to a private hospital yesterday suffering from sunburn poisoning. With special treatment it is hoped that he will be fit again in a week or two, and able to play in the big games at Christmas time.
