This is the biggest order a private motorist has ever placed in England. The order includes Talbot, Lagonda, two Triumphs, Morris, Austin, Hispano Suiza, Fiat, De Soto and Chrysler cars. The cars were personally selected by the Prince after a demonstration at Brooklands, where he drove each on the track.
