(Received November 25, 11.30 a.m.) OTTAWA, November 24* A message from Toronto says thac, should the present prices of wheat hol'd, or higher levels be obtained, orderly marketing of Canada’s wheat will con tinue, even without the co-operation of the Dominion Government. The Premier of Manitoba, Mr Bracken, stated that improved prices towards the latter end of the past week had cleared the situation temporarity.
