THREE ARRESTS ARE MADE AT WELLINGTON.

Per Press Association. VV ELLINGTON, November 18. Three men were arrested in the city to-day by detectives in connection with a burglary at Pahiatua where the premises of the Wairarapa Farmers’ Co-operative Association were broken into on Thursday night last and some hundreds of pounds worth of goods were removed. The means by which the thieves gained access to the building is not known, but they ransacked the emporium and finally- drove . off with their loot in one of the firm's motor lorries. Some of the stolen goods have been recovered.
