TRADE BALANCE IN FAVOUR OF N.Z.
FIGURES ARE PUBLISHED COVERING SEVEN MONTHS Per PreES Association. WELLINGTON, August 26. Figures for the overseas trade of New Zealand for the month of July, 1930, show that exports were valued at £3,384,742, and imports were valued at £3,014,713. For the corresponding period last year the figures were £2,719, 835 and £4,459,652 respectively. For the period of seven months ended Jul}% 1930, the exports were valued at £33,165,433, and the imports at £25,582,256. For the corresponding period of 1929 the figures were £40,491,379 and £26,997,095 respectively.
