scholarship at the Monmouth High School for Girls. The unusual sensation of having a memorial raised in her honour while she lives to enjoy it has been bestowed on Mrs C. 11. After having given thirty-four years of unselfish work to the building up of the Girls’ Friendly Society, Mrs Wagstaff now walks to church under a lych gate erected by her girls to commemorate for all time their love and her service.
