EYRE COUNTY COUNCIL HAS MONTHLY MEETING

Th® monthly meeting: of the Kyre County Council was attended by Messrs 11. B. Evans (in the chair), H. A. Bennett, R. V. Dixon and F. L. Parnham. The Public Works Department wrote asking for full details of the properties of all ratepayers likely to be affected by the proposed bridge at Blackraore’s .Ford at West Kyreton. Notice of motion was given that a rate of fid in the pound in the Eyre riding, £d in the pound in the West Eyreton riding and 2d in the pound for the Kaikoura channelling loan be struck.
