FRANCE READY FOR NAVAL HOLIDAY.

(United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright ) PARIS, July 10. It has been learned that the French Minister of Foreign Affairs, M. Briand, has officially intimated to the British Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs. Mr Arthur Henderson, France’s readiness, Jwith a view to furthering the Franeo-Italian negotiations, to accept the proposal for a naval holiday, suspending the 1930 building programme during the present year.
