A wire received to-day by Mr G. G. Lockwood, secretary of the Christchurch Ski Club, reported that conditions were good for ski-ing at Arthur’s Pass. A succession of frosty nights and clear days had kept enough snow low down to make ski-ing possible at the White Bridge, close to the station.
