At a sitting of the Children’s Court this morning, presided over by Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., and Mr W. M. West, J.P.. two boys were charged with breaches of the by-laws. One, aged fifteen years, for cycling on the footpath, was fined 2s 6d. The other, aged sixteen, for not having a light properly trimmed, was fined 2s fid. On a charge of cycling on the footpath, he was convicted and discharged.
