ACCOUNTANT IS INJURED AT CRICKET.
Vi hilst playing cricket at Ilagley Park this morning, Air H. P. Bridge, accountant and United States Consular Agent in Christchurch, had the misfortune to break his right thumb. In a warm-up before the accountants’ match with the lawyers, he attempted to take a “fast one.” He was attended to at the Christchurch Hospital.
