JUNIOR S.P.C.A. TO BE FORMED IN CITY. At a special meeting of the Society for the Prevention - of Cruelty to Animals, held yesterday afternoon, it was decided to form a junior league, which will have for its object the engendering of the ideals of the society in the minds of the young.
