SMALLER TYPES OF SHIPS GIVEN CONSIDERATION. Continued from Page 1. (Received February 10. 10.55 a.m.) RUGBY, February 8. The Sub-Committee of Experts at the Naval Conference met in London yesterday, and at the conclusion of its deliberations, the following com munique was issued by the United States delegation: “ The 1 Sub-Commit-tee of Experts continued an examination of a table establishing the classification of categories to be drawn up for submission to the First Committee. Good progress was made with this work and a special sub-committee will meet again on Monday morning to take up the question of vessels not subject to limitation and special ships, such as mine-sweepers, mine-layers, hospital ships and sloops, which were referred to by the First Committee.”
