RIFLE SHOOTING.
Seventeen men took part in the match fired by the Ashburton Defence Rifle Clyb on Saturday afternoon. The ranges were 500 and 600yds, and some high scores were recorded. R.\ B ram ley won. L. M’Natty was sc.ond and J. Clayton third. The tpn best scores were:—
