GROSE RIDES WELL AT DUNEDIN FIXTURE.
Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, February 3. At the Otago Amateur Cycling Club’s evening meeting on Saturday, F. J. Grose, the former New Zealand champion, was in good form, the Canterbury man winning each of the four events in which he competed. He won the one mile and a half and three-mile handicaps from scratch in good time, the two-mile scratch lap race and the quarter-mile scratch race. He rode brilliantly, reproducing his form of two seasons ago. S. Campbell, of Canterbury, won the three-quarter-mile Otago cycling championship and was placed in several other events.
