Questioned this morning regarding his suggestion that a presentation should be rtiade by the city to Constable A. T. Gillum to commemorate his single-handed capture of the “firebugs”, Mr C. W. Hervey said that he had written to the Commissioner of Police, Mr W. B. M’llveney, with a view to getting his approval.
