VARIOUS PARTIES ENGAGE COUNSEL. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, January 4. The nautical inquiry into the wreck of the Manuka commences on Tuesday before Mr Bundle, S.M., with Captains Worrall and Stringer as assessors. The Crown Solicitor, Mr Adams, represents the Marine Department, Mr Haggitt, the Union Company, and Mr Hanlon the captain of the Manuka, Captain Ross-Clark.
