STATE-CONTROLLED SHIPS FOR SPAIN.

Though during the post-war years several countries, including Australia, abandoned the experiment of State owned ships, a Barcelona message says that a State decree has been issued creating a State-controlled company in order to take over the shipping lines of all Spanish possessions.
