WINNER OF EDWIN WATKINS MEMORIAL PRIZE ANNOUNCED.
The Edwin Watkips Memorial Prize, awarded each year at the Teachers’ Training College has been won this ; year by Miss Florence Edwards. The award is made by the masters of the college. In announcing the success of Miss Edwards, Mr J. E. Purchase, the principal, stated this morning that the award was unanimous.
