COLLISION-CAUSED BY DRIVER’S NEGLIGENCE, Per Press Association. NAPIER, December 6. Mr Justice Ostler to-day, delivered his reserved judgment in a case in which John tVTlliam M’Coy, mining engineer of Auckland, claimed damages from the Aard Motor Services, Ltd., for injuries received in a collision between a service car in which plaintiff was a passenger and a private car near Dan-! nevirke. His Honor held that the cause of the accident was the service driver’s negligence, and awarded £1321 damages against the defendants.
